1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FutureElite ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

FutureElite is a reporting and tracking tool designed to help parents and guardians document their child's athletic performance, match statistics, physical measurements, and achievements. The Service provides:

• Match tracking and statistics
• Physical measurement and performance tracking
• PDF report generation for sharing with coaches and scouts
• Data storage on your device

FutureElite is a tool only. It does not guarantee trials, contracts, scouting opportunities, or any specific outcomes.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The Service is provided as-is for documentation and reporting purposes only. Outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond the scope of this application.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy: Ensuring all data you enter is accurate and truthful
• Consent: Obtaining necessary consent before sharing reports containing personal information
• Data Control: Managing and securing data stored on your device
• Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Compliance: Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Data Sharing & Consent

When you export and share PDF reports:

• You are solely responsible for who receives the reports
• You must obtain appropriate consent before sharing personal information
• We are not responsible for how third parties use information you share
• You acknowledge that shared data may be used by recipients in ways beyond our control

6. Subscription Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

FutureElite offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Tier: Limited features with usage limits
• Monthly Subscription: Full access, billed monthly
• Annual Subscription: Full access, billed annually with discount

6.2 Billing & Payment

For web subscriptions, billing is handled by Stripe. For mobile app subscriptions, billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Web: Cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting support
• Mobile: Cancel through your device's App Store or Play Store subscription settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods

6.4 Refunds

Refund policies are determined by the payment processor:

• Stripe: Contact support for refund requests
• Apple/Google: Refunds are handled through the App Store or Play Store policies

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FutureElite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant FutureElite a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating PDF reports).

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FutureElite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FutureElite, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account deletion features (if available).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
