Our Commitment to Child Safety
FutureElite is designed with child safety as a top priority. We have implemented multiple safeguards to protect children and ensure a safe environment for all users.
1. No Direct Child-to-Scout Contact
FutureElite does not enable direct communication between children and scouts, coaches, or any third parties. The application has no messaging features, chat functionality, or direct contact mechanisms.
- No in-app messaging or chat
- No direct contact information sharing between users
- No social networking features
- No public forums or discussion boards
2. No Public Profiles
FutureElite does not create public profiles that can be viewed by others. All data is private and controlled by the account holder (parent or guardian):
- Player information is not searchable by others
- No public directory or player database
- No profile pages visible to other users
- Data is only accessible to the account owner
3. Parent/Guardian Controlled Sharing
All report sharing is controlled exclusively by the parent or guardian account holder:
- Only the account owner can generate and export PDF reports
- Reports are shared only when the account owner explicitly chooses to share them
- No automatic sharing or distribution
- Account owner decides who receives reports and when
4. Personal Contact Information
Important Safety Advice
Never share personal contact details publicly. When sharing PDF reports:
- Only include contact information you are comfortable sharing
- Consider using a dedicated email address for scouting inquiries
- Do not include home addresses or personal phone numbers unless necessary
- Verify the identity of recipients before sharing sensitive information
5. Photo Safety
Photos uploaded to FutureElite are stored locally on your device and only included in PDF reports you choose to generate. We recommend:
- Only using appropriate photos (e.g., action shots, team photos)
- Avoiding photos that reveal personal information (home address, school name, etc.)
- Ensuring photos are appropriate for professional sharing
- Reviewing photos before including them in reports
6. Reporting Concerns
If you have concerns about child safety, inappropriate behavior, or potential abuse related to FutureElite or its users, please report it immediately:
Report Safeguarding Concerns
Email: support@futureelite.com
Please include "Safeguarding Concern" in the subject line for urgent attention.
For immediate safety concerns, contact your local law enforcement or child protection services.
7. Age-Appropriate Use
FutureElite is designed for use by parents and guardians, not directly by children:
- Accounts should be created and managed by adults (18+)
- Children should not have direct access to account credentials
- All data entry and sharing decisions should be made by the parent/guardian
8. Data Privacy & Security
We protect children's data through:
- Local storage only (data stays on your device)
- No permanent server storage of player data
- No data sharing without explicit parent/guardian consent
- Secure account authentication
See our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Best Practices for Parents/Guardians
To ensure the safest experience:
- Keep your account credentials secure and private
- Review all data before sharing in reports
- Verify the identity of recipients before sharing reports
- Monitor who has access to shared reports
- Educate your child about online safety
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior
