1. Subscription Plans
FutureElite offers the following subscription options:
Monthly Subscription

- PDF report generation
- Advanced analytics
Annual Subscription
- Everything in Monthly
- Priority support
- Early access to new features

2. What's Included in Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) include:
- Unlimited Entries: No limits on matches, achievements, measurements, metrics, or references
- PDF Report Generation: Generate unlimited Season Tracker and Scout Reports
- Advanced Analytics: Access to performance metrics and comparisons
- Physical Performance Tracking: Track height, weight, PHV, and performance metrics
- Data Export: Export your data as PDF reports
- Priority Support: Faster response times for support requests (Annual plan)
- Early Access: Access to new features before free users (Annual plan)
3. Billing & Payment
3.1 Payment Processing
Billing is handled by trusted third-party payment processors:
- Web Subscriptions: Processed by Stripe (secure payment processing)
- Mobile App Subscriptions: Processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
We do not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled securely by the payment processor.
3.2 Billing Cycle
- Monthly: Billed monthly on the same date you subscribed
- Annual: Billed once per year on the anniversary of your subscription
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
3.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we increase prices:
- Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance
- Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle
- You may cancel before the price change takes effect
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
4.1 Web Subscriptions (Stripe)
- Cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from your Subscription page)
- Or contact support at support@futureelite.com
4.2 Mobile App Subscriptions
- iOS (Apple): Cancel through Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → FutureElite
- Android (Google): Cancel through Google Play Store → Subscriptions → FutureElite
4.3 Cancellation Effect
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the period ends
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier
- No refunds for partial billing periods
5. Refunds
Refund policies depend on the payment processor:
5.1 Stripe (Web)
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Contact support at support@futureelite.com with "Refund Request" in the subject
- Refunds may be provided for technical issues or service failures
5.2 Apple App Store
- Refunds are handled through Apple's refund policy
- Request refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com
- Apple's standard refund terms apply
5.3 Google Play Store
- Refunds are handled through Google Play's refund policy
- Request refunds through Google Play Store account settings
- Google's standard refund terms apply
6. Subscription Management
You can manage your subscription:
- View subscription status on the Subscription page
- Update payment methods through the payment processor's portal
- Change subscription plans (upgrade or downgrade)
- View billing history
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- You will be notified by email
- The payment processor will retry the payment
- If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be canceled
- You can update your payment method to restore access
